One step closer...

York City Knights, conquerors of the Scorpions, will be favourites to continue their Cup run after being paired alongside amateur club Featherstone Lions in the next round.

Following their Mountain Ash triumph, the homeless Knights face an away trip to face Featherstone’s second club.

Elsewhere, Leigh Centurions and London Broncos will do battle in a heavyweight fourth round clash, whilst Whitehaven host Fev Rovers.

Meanwhile, Gloucestershire All Golds – the Scorpions’ next opponents on April 3rd – will entertain Hunslet Hawks at the Prince of Wales Stadium.

The full 2015 fourth round draw is as follows:


North Wales Crusaders v. Doncaster
Dewsbury Rams v. Newcastle Thunder
Featherstone Lions v. York City Knights
Barrow Raiders v. Halifax
Bradford Bulls v. Workington Town
Normanton Knights v. Batley Bulldogs

The Scorpions have reached the fourth round of the competition only once - in 2012. After narrowly beating Wath Brow Hornets, we suffered an 84-28 loss, in a fixture switched to the Shay due to the unavailability of the Gnoll.
