Summer dragging on? Weekends empty without your fortnightly Quins fix? Why not come down to Abbey Rugby Club in Reading tomorrow to support Jason's Leopards in the second ever Fat Blokes' Sevens?

The Leopards have been training for nearly eight weeks now and  - featuring a sixty stone front row - we reckon to be in peak condition this weekend as we take on the Flatulent Fairies, the Fat Cats and, finally, local rivals the Drunken Wasps.

The squad were in fine fettle last night for the last training session of the shortened season.

Eschewing our normal Auckland Grids, Drift Defences and combative scrums, we spent 15 minutes Catching a High Ball, before moving on to Drop Kicking More than Ten Metres.......

It went very well.

And after that we tried Going Down the Pub for a Few Hours

which went even better.

Imprisoned in the Prince Blucher for nearly two hours, we were able to practice even our most complicated drills including scrums

and some very effective backs moves, leading nearly every time to a try.

Fancy coming to support us?  Let's face it, we're the only Quins game in town this weekend.

Jason's Leopards, at the Fat Bloke Sevens

Abbey Rugby Club, Reading.

Our first game is 11.40. It's a full day of entertainment including live bands, pig roasts and camping facilities.

Be there!
