Finals Day: The Case For 'London' Wasps

After Claire Melvin's passionate plea for Quins fans to support Llanelli Scarlets on Finals Day this coming Sunday both trubble and Heath Quinn had to step forward to put forward the case for us to support London Wasps. trubble's reasons:

  1. A couple of Wasps (one ex, one current) are going to be joining Quins next season.
  2. Llanelli are Welsh
  3. We used to be the same club, in the dark old days of pre-history.
  4. It would give Quins greater incentive to beat us next season
  5. Lawrence played in the Nick Duncombe memorial game and was even photographed in that shirt
  6. We're both "London" teams! (sorry had to add that)

  10. It's a Trophy we'd be able to win without coming second
  11. Sheep would have nothing to fear from a night of Wasps celebration (unless in the vicinity of the Clay Oven)
