A rampant Glawster will arrive at the Rec enjoying their best start to a league season and scoring tries like they are going out of fashion. If ever there was a chance for Glawster to win a league match in Bath this is it and they'll kick themselves all the way up the A46 if they leave empty handed.
In the first four games of this season Glawster have scored 16 tries to Bath's paltry two and what is even more exciting for supporters of the woolley-backs is the fact that they have shared this scoring around their team. Garvey has four, Paramore three, Forrester and Boer two and Woodman, Paul, Beim, Delport and Mercier have one apiece; not bad considering we haven't left the month of September yet.
| Week | Bath | Glawster | Bath Tries | Glaws Tries |

So do Bath stand a chance against this formidable
opposition. Yes of course they do, Glaws
are renowned for bottling it when they play
against Bath. You only have to look at the
statistic of "Played 24, Glawster Won
5" to confirm this. In many of the games
Bath have won they were not the best team
on the day and certainly not the form team
yet the usually managed to come out on top.
Without doubt Bath will need to be on top
of their game and play in a style we have
just seen flashes of this season but if Cooper
and Catty are fit to play and the backs can
keep hold of the quick passes which are part
of our up-tempo game when we are playing
confidently there could well be a massive
upset.
Come on Bath, a win against Glaws will give
us the lift we need after two plus years
of very indifferent rugby!
