After watching the Bath players perform a lot better last Sunday against Wasps than they did in the match against Glawster, it is no surprise to see the final Players Ratings table of the season showing a lot more healthy scores with skipper Dan Lyle coming out tops.
Dan Lyle may have scored a marvellous rating
of 7.3 this week but his season average of
just 5.4 reflects how tough things have been
for the American. Given the appalling season
we have had overall it is amazing that so
many of our players have scored well over
the year.
It just about sums up the management of "our"
club that Mark Gabey has topped the season's
average alongside Mike Tindall with a rating
of 6.3 and no doubt Worcester will benefit
greatly from his play next year; hopefully
the digger can get regular starts for his
new club so he can demonstrate what we will
be missing!
Let's have a look at the table in full;

Can I extend my thanks to all of you who
voted this season to enable these ratings
to be compiled, I am now looking forward
to a couple of months away from my spreadsheet!
