The Six Nations players are back. The monkey is off our backs after beating Falcons. We are at home to a team in the top four. Defintely the time to kick on.

It's a 4.30 kick off on Saturday and we wil take to the field with a handful of changes to the side which came back from the North East with a deserved win. We have the talent if we can add discipline we will beat Sale Sharks.

Dan Robson and Alfie Barbeary are back from England duity and come straight in. Dan will be joined in the half-backs by Jimmy Gopperth with Matteo Minozzi at full back. 

In the pack Kieran Brookes comes back iinto the front row with Alfie packing down at No 8 alongside Brad Shields and Thomas Young.

Paolo Odogwu is fit again and will be on the bench.
