Olympic gold medalist, Darren Campbell, is to help Blues star Jonah Lomu re-gain his pace. The relay star was used by the WRU before the World Cup, and now the Blues are hoping he'll help Lomu get hs pace back while he's playing for Cardiff. "If he wants to be quicker, I'll get him quicker. He'll feel the difference in two weeks.

Darren Campbell told BBC sport this afternoon as he fires a warning to the rest of the rugby world.

"He's still got that aura, he's still got that fear about him. To me, he's already fought the biggest battle and that's to even get back playing."

Lomu has begun his training as he sets his sights on the World Cup in 2007. His story has caught the imagination of almost everyone in sport, as the once labelled 'Freak' takes the next steps in his long, brave battle.

Campbell for one, things the big man is capable,

My gut feeling is he will. He says he can, so who am I to question what he can achieve? He's come back before. But let's not forget, this [lay-off] was extremely serious. The fact that he is even running again is totally amazing. So if he feels he's going to come back and make that World Cup team, who am I to argue?"
