Robin in full flight

July 11 2015

I have managed to get an exclusive interview with ex Wales and Cardiff Blue player, Robin Sowden-Taylor. Robin has kindly agreed to answer any questions us fans have in relation to his playing career as well as his current role as Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Cardiff Blues.

If they are any questions you wish me to put to Robin, then please post on here or our twitter account @1876Cardiff

I am looking to do the interview midweek, so please put your questions on either site by then please.

Dependant on numbers and questions, the best ones will be put to Robin.

Thanks once again to Robin Sowden-Taylor for agreeing to this, much appreciated.

Well done mate, Steve will be dead jealous winking smiley

Ask him how the conditioning has changed for the players since PD left we were very lightweight under his regime and it showed!!!

Soldier: Oh, right. I forgot about the battle
