In this section of the site, you can see profiles of the Cardiff Blues squad members. It includes, information and photos on the players and coaches at the Arms Park.

Tristan is a good old-fashioned inside centre, with one thing on his mind, to hit whatever is in front of him, as hard as he can.

Tristan signed for the Blues at the beginning of the 04/05 season from English side, Leeds Tykes.

Right from his debut Blues fans became aware of what Trist was all about, above you can see him dumping Leicester's Geordan Murphy in a friendly game last year.

He made 16 appearances last year, and became crucial following the injury to Jamie Robinson and the Welsh call ups for Tom Shanklin.

Although more of a defencive centre, he finished off last season with an import try which helped Cardiff on their way to a bonus point that saw them gain entry to a European Play-Off against Viadanna.

This year, Trist will have to compete with Tom and Jamie like last year, but also new Blue, Marc Sterchbina from Northampton.

His contract expires at the end of the 05/06 season, and the Blues are reportedly chasing Welsh centre Matthew Watkins, which may signal the end of Tristan's Blues career.
