In this section of the site, you can see profiles of the Cardiff Blues squad members. It includes, information and photos on the players and coaches at the Arms Park.

Craig Quinnell, or CQ as he's known, is currently in his second spell with Cardiff. Having left in 2000, Quinnell moves to saracens in search of top teir rugby, however, he failed to make an impact, and later left for Worcester.

He then re-joined Cardiff in 2003 signing a four year deal, expiring at the end of the 06/07 season.

The second row, now 30 years old has 32 Welsh caps, but unlike his older brother, has never toured with the Lions. The highlight of CQ's career was Wales 32-31 victory over England at Twickenham in which he played the whole game.

At 6ft 7 and 20.7 stone, Craig offers a great outlet for ball carrying, lineout jumping and rolloing mauls.

He made 3 undefeated appearcences as captain in 04/05, but is now way down the pecking order for the armband.
