Martyn Williams returns for the Blues while fellow Welsh players Rhys Thomas and Rob Sidoli have a questionable break. The trio started every one of Wales' 6 nations matches this year, but judging from their performances, they don't deserve the week off.

Mike Phillips, wales Man of the Match and success story of this year retains his position at scrum half, and is partnered by Nick Robinson, who in his last outing, was the star in thashing the Ospreys.

They join an unchanged set of backs from that match, with hat-trick hero Chris Czekaj and Craig Morgan keeping out Jonah Lomu. Robinson and Strchebina start at centre, with 7's hero Rhys Williams starting as captain at full back.

The front 3 boast some of Wales' hottest young players, with Yapp, 22, Goofeild, 21 and Gethin Jenkins, 25 are all very young for their position, with an average shelf life of 32-34.

The second row pairing of Deiniol Jones and James Goode is unchanged, then Molitika, Martyn Williams and Xavier Rush make up the back row.

On the bench, Martyn Jones covers prop with youngster Ross Johnsen being Goodfeilds reserve. Craig Quinnell, Ryan Powell and Nick Macelod are joined by injury returnee's Lomu and Andy Powell, while Robin Sowden-Taylor has a week off after the heroic's in the rugby 7's last week.

Meanwhile, Dai Young has ruled himself out of the job for the next Wales head coach, though in the unlikely event Scott Johnsen stays, it's probable he'll take up a role as forwards coach.

Young has also found himself linked with a job at Sarcens. Since departing, Mike Ruddock has found himself high in demand, and it's thought a move may've been made to get Young working as Ruddocks assisant at the London based club. However, Young moved swifrty to deny links to anywhere else,

"I can't say whether I'd work with Wales under a head coach until an offer like that was put in front of me, there are far too many ifs and buts, I've got two years left on my Blues deal and I'm totally focused on getting them back on top."

It's looking more and more likely that the next man to take the job won't be a Welshmand, with coaches ruling themselves out or not of a high enough quality.
