A very moving day at Heywood Road for all involved as the big shift gets under way. For once all the heaving and shoving wasn't on the pitch!
There was much heaving and shoving when I visited Heywood Road this morning but none was in the scrum or the lineout. Instead it was a couple of strong and stalwart Sharks employees loading a van for their move to Edgeley Park
The Office and the Shop were looking very empty!
But the saddest sight of all - the empty Birtles!
